I am just trying to check into grants for women. Regardless if they are married or single or grandma's raising grandkids. Just free grants for women in general. What is out there thats being offered to us ladies. What kind of a grants can women get? How many can she apply for at a time? Does it require repayment or are they totally free? Can they be used only in the state that you apply for them in? Or can she apply in 1 state , but use it in another state? Does it matter what you use the grant money for? Or does the money have to be used on only certain things? How can women find out if the said grant sites are trustworthy or are scams? Do you have to pay anything like S & H for any of the forms or can they be filled out on line. Do these said grants require info, like do they do background checks or credit checks or anything along those lines? Do the women have to have refferences when they apply for the grants? Is there a difference in the types of grants available to women. Are they just from private donations or are they publically funded or govenment funded? And out of the listed grants which are the best for the women to apply for? Do they need to hire a proffesional specializing in the area of the grants? So the women will know if it's the right grant for them. Also is the paperwork easily understandable? Does the said paperwork need to be filled out in legal terms like when you go to court for whatever reason the judge will not except it if the paperwork is not filled out in legal terminology.
